We put a lot of work into deciding where to locate the server. We decided that our customers would get the fastest speeds and the most reliable connection at Alabanza. The reason was simple, they have two different backbone connections from Frontier Global Center and Qwest Communications. If one connection has problems the other will be used to ensure uninterrupted service.

When we say that you can count on us, we mean it. Not only do you have an extremely reliable server, but the building that its in is extremely secure. The NOC (Network Operations Center) is equipped with raised floors, a Halon fire protection system, and an advanced security system. There is also a complete power backup system. If a brief power interruption occurs the UPS (Uninterruptible Power System) automatically kicks in to supply power. If the power outage is expected to be a long outage, the natural gas generator will be started so we can continue to run without any disturbances.

All of our servers use a 450 watt power system, hot swappable SCSI drives, and force-filtered cooling systems. There are always standby servers if there is an emergency and we need to replace our existing server.

We monitor the servers 24x7 and will know there's a problem before you see a problem.
