We also have limited toll free phone support. There are plans to increase the phone support to 24/7 as well. You may get support questions answered by either emailing support@odenet.net, or by filling out a support ticket through your control panel. You will be able to view the status of your support ticket. We have excellent turn around times for all emails and support tickets. We ask that you allow up to 24hrs for an answer, but a more realistic figure is only a few hours or in many cases a few minutes. Give us test run and see what you think.
